faqs

what types of invitations do you offer?

all handmade, unique one-of-kind designs based on the customers likes and needs. variety of a la carte and pocket-fold designs.

what is your average turnaround time, from initial contact to receipt?

anywhere from 1 – 2 months, depends on the depth of the project and the quick communication back and forth between the client on the design process.

are you able to meet clients in person to showcase your product?

yes, we prefer to meet one on one. we want to show you the quality of existing designs and develop the design that fits your event and budget best. it also helps to have a relationship with the customer to understand their personality and likes.

are you able to do invitations for people you are not able to meet with?

yes, since most of my work is initially digital – everything can be done through email and us mail. we have done work for clients in florida, colorado, nevada and maine.

do you have a set quantity that is required when ordering?

yes, we do. minimum order of 25, and then larger quantities are to be ordered in multiples of 25. we advise our clients to order a little over their initial quantity in case extras are needed or keepsakes are wanted.

are you able to do letterpress, thermography (raised ink), metallic ink or embossing?

we do not have the capability in house, but work with several commercial printers who can perform these services. these charges would be separate from prices quoted by us.

can you print white ink on dark paper?

no. printing white on any kind of paper is considered silk screening.  only a commercial off set printer can obtain this. this would have to be quoted and can be very expensive. as an alternate, we can print a flood of color on white paper to achieve the same effect, but it will cost more due to more ink usage.
